The pest control market has changed considerably over recent years, with larger companies who struggle to grow portfolio and turnover organically shifting their focus towards acquisition as the solution.
Shrinkage within what is already a small nationwide servicing pool has an impact on end-users. As numbers shrink, the large company monopoly increases further.
