Martin Harvey, President of the British Pest Control Association, and Managing Director of Colne Based Harvey Environmental Services last week lead a public discussion on what a client wants to see from their Pest Control Company.
The discussion was part of PestEx, the UK’s largest trade exhibition and conference for the Pest Control Industry.
The panel discussion called ‘Pest Control from the client perspective’, featured Ferenc Varga from Nestle, Mandy Keepax from Marks and Spencer and Matthew Bandar from Tesco.
Martin said “As a businessman, customer care is one of my highest priorities, and something that we at Harvey Environmental Services pride ourselves on.”
He added “I’ve been constantly pushing for higher standards through the British Pest Control Association, so that clients can be assured of the service they are receiving.”
“I’m delighted that some huge players were able to come along, and tell Pest Control companies what it means to their business, because it is often their reputation in our hands so we have to get it right, and we have to make sure they’re happy with the service they get. PestEx is such a great opportunity for the market leaders to showcase how the very best in the industry are working.”
